Information we collect
Our applications do not collect personal information, use advertising or analytics services, track you, or transmit your app data to Nichols Building Co. servers. Nichols Building Co. does not sell or share your app data.
Data stored in iCloud
Our applications may use Apple’s iCloud or CloudKit services to store and synchronize data across your devices. This data is stored in your iCloud account and handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy and security practices. Nichols Building Co. does not operate servers that receive or store this app data and does not access or use its contents.
You can manage your iCloud account and app data through the settings provided by Apple on your device. Removing an application from a device may not automatically remove data stored in iCloud.
Support communications
If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and message. We use it only to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
You may ask us to delete a support communication by emailing hello@nicholsbuilding.co.
Children’s privacy
Our applications do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. We will also update the privacy information provided through the App Store when required.
